On iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Unbettable. On Android: Google Play, your profile picture, Payments And Subscriptions, Subscriptions, Unbettable. You can also open these from Unbettable's Settings, Manage Subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

The yearly plan starts with 3 days free. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it becomes a paid yearly subscription.

Apple and Google process all payments, so refunds go through them. On iPhone, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, request one from your Google Play order history.

Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account, open Unbettable, and tap Restore Purchases on the subscription screen.

Check that Unbettable has Screen Time permission in Settings, Screen Time, and that the betting apps you want blocked are selected in Unbettable's Block Betting screen. Blocking only works on the phone where it is set up.

Open Settings, Network And Internet, Private DNS, and set it to Off or Automatic. A specific Private DNS provider bypasses Unbettable's filter. Also check that Unbettable's VPN is connected and that usage access and "display over other apps" are allowed for Unbettable.

Urges peak and pass. The wait gives the urge time to fade before the blocker comes down, and it is the same for everyone.

In Unbettable, open Settings and tap Reset All Data, or delete the app. If blocking is on, turn it off first.

Any CSV export from your bank, your sportsbook, or an M-Pesa statement saved as CSV. Unbettable reads it on your phone and keeps only the betting totals it finds.
